Welcome to Laura Reynolds Glass!

As a glass artist, I was frustrated with the lack of available designs for frit casting and texture molds. I started making my own molds to fill the gap, first partnering with a pottery studio and now producing the molds in my home studio.

I'm known on Facebook as Smonkey Reynolds, and I have a Facebook group, Custom Molds for Glass Fusing where I post my work with new mold designs.

New designs are often in high demand, so I am offering a waitlist for some of the designs I sell. Once I've given everyone on the waitlist an opportunity to purchase the molds and have stock on hand, the molds will be listed in my Etsy store for anyone to purchase.

Currently the small and large triquetra Celtic knots are being fulfilled in the order of the waitlist. You can use the form below to sign up for the waitlist, or you can check your position in line. These forms work best on a laptop or desktop, so if you experience a problem from a mobile device, please try from a computer.

The waitlist is not a contract to buy a mold. It will hold your place in line so you can buy your mold as soon as it is made and ready to ship. If you decide you don't want your mold, please let me know and I will pass it along to the next glass artist on the waitlist.

All my molds are handmade in small batches, so some variation from mold to mold is expected. These molds are fully vitrified, which means the clay is fired to maturity instead of bisque or 'biscuit' fired. Vitrified molds are non-porous, but sturdier. I recommend using Zyp aerosol boron nitride as a separator because traditional water carried kiln wash can be difficult to apply.
